Vigo wanted to introduce their new store prototype and money transfer services, within a competitive retail corridor of Los Angeles, CA. The goal was to create consumer awareness of the new store and clearly communicate products, services and the value of its network channels with a grand opening celebration.
VJP developed, managed and activated Vigo's grand opening celebration. This included creating graphics, consumer community grassroots outreach, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, consumer engagement activities, refreshments, and commemorative gifts and prizes for the opening day. The grand opening positioned the new store as a competitive leader in the area and generated awareness with over 11,500 consumer impressions in the area during the grand opening celebration day.
